Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and
need to know ESI & PF Filling, Payroll generation and Statutory regulations
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives - Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Oversee talent management processes, including performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning, Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Implement effective change management strategies to support organizational initiatives -
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management roles
