Job Summary:
We are looking for
HR Executive
to join our team and support various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring smooth communication between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions,etc.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll inputs and benefits administration.
Generate HR reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
