: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and personal matters as required.
Benefits Coordination
: Administer and manage group Mediclaim policies, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
Awareness and Training
: Conduct HR awareness sessions, collaborate with the corporate HR team and HR Manager on training sessions, and facilitate compliance with organizational policies.
Key Requirements and Skills
Education
: MBA/MSW in HR.
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT or services industry.
Skills

Knowledge
: Proficiency in payroll management, HR software-Keka, and employee engagement tools.
