The Unit HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at the hospital unit, ensuring smooth functioning across employee life cycle, statutory compliance, and HR coordination between the unit and corporate HR. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for unit-level vacancies (clinical & non-clinical).
Liaise with consultants, job portals, and internal references.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Handle offer issuance, document verification, pre-joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and new joiner orientation.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Daily attendance monitoring for staff, nursing, technicians & support staff.
Maintain leave management records and monthly attendance consolidation.
Coordinate with corporate payroll team for salary processing, F&F, etc.
Address attendance-related employee queries.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Support unit-level employee engagement activities, events, celebrations.
Drive employee satisfaction initiatives and handle exit interviews.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee personal files and HRIS updates.
Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.
Coordinate audits and documentation as required.
Support disciplinary actions, memo issuance, and counseling sessions.
5. Performance Management
Track probation confirmations and appraisal documentation.
Assist managers with PMS timelines and KPI tracking.
6. Training & Development Support
Coordinate unit-level training programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare/hospital environment.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRIS tools and MS Office (Excel essential).
Understanding of labour laws and statutory norms.
Ability to manage multitasking and deadlines.
Working Conditions:
On-site role at Apollo Hospitals, Tiruchirappalli.
Must be comfortable working in a hospital operational environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
