What You'll Do
Build Our Team:
Lead end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews and talent pipeline management
Design engaging onboarding experiences for new hires
Nurture Our Culture:
Plan employee engagement activities and internal communications
Support learning initiatives and cultural programs
Keep Things Smooth:
Maintain employee records in ClickUp/HR Portal
Monitor attendance, leaves and performance tracking
Handle HR documentation (offer letters, relieving letters, appraisals)
Ensure policy adherence and maintain the HR handbook
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive and empathetic with a problem-solving mindset
Good knowledge of HR tools (Keka, ZOHO People, Google Workspace)
MBA/PGDM (HR) or graduate with HR knowledge
1-3 years of experience (freshers with the right attitude welcome!)
Experience in digital marketing/creative/IT/startups is a plus
