Job Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and familiar with HR operations in service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding Maintain employee records & attendance Coordinate payroll inputs & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) Support performance reviews & employee engagement Assist with training, HR reports, and audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in BPO/IT/logistics) Good communication and knowledge of HR tools & labor laws
