Performance Management:
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking employee performance.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Training & Development:
Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
HR Operations:
Maintain HRIS, employee records, and generate HR reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
