Job Summary



MBA graduate with 2-3 yr experience in statutory compliance and willing to travel all Kerala

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment and Onboarding

: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.

HR data & systems management

: Maintain accurate employee data and records in HRMS, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

Employee Relations

: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration

: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence management.

Performance Management

: Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Policy Development

: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Training and Development

: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.

HR Compliance

: Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
