To support HR operations across retail stores, textile units, and corporate offices by managing recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance processes, ensuring smooth workforce management aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store staff, warehouse, and textile unit manpower.
Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, and payroll inputs across multiple outlets/units.
Coordinate statutory compliance under Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, and labor laws.
Support training & development programs for sales staff and supervisors.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to reduce attrition.
Assist in performance appraisal and KRA tracking across departments.
Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently across retail and factory operations.
Prepare HR reports, manpower dashboards, and compliance MIS for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and people management skills (frontline to management).
Familiarity with labor laws (Shops & Establishments, Factory compliance).
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment for retail & textile manpower.
Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
Problem-solving and employee grievance handling ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or textile industry.
