Key Responsibilities:
? Support end-to-end talent management processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention
? Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
? Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
? Maintain HR documentation and employee records
? Collaborate with HR and business teams on people-related initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
? 6 months-1 year of experience in HR / Talent Management
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
