Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create job descriptions
Source candidates through
job portals, consultants, referrals, campus hiring, and social media
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
Manage interview schedules, feedback, and selection documentation
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and ensure smooth
joining & onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards
Build and manage a strong
vendor/consultant network
Support bulk hiring, trainee hiring, and plant-level recruitment
B. HR Operations, Employee Engagement & T&D Coordination (20%)
Support
employee engagement activities
(festivals, events, sports, wellness initiatives)
Assist in
training & development coordination
:
Training calendar management
Coordination with internal/external trainers
Training nominations, attendance, and feedback records
Assist in
HR operations
such as:
Employee documentation and HR records
Onboarding & induction coordination
Probation review tracking
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes
Assist in HR audits and data reporting when required
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in
recruitment & talent acquisition
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HR MIS, and ATS systems
