HR Executive

to join our dynamic team at

Dcodetech IT Industrial Training

, a leading

EdTech organization

focused on skill-based learning and career growth.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Support in student placement drives and coordinate with partner companies Maintain candidate and student placement records Help organize onboarding, induction, and engagement programs Collaborate with the HR team for training and performance initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management, or related field (pursuing or recent graduate) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced EdTech environment
