You will support HR functions like candidate onboarding, documentation, and training coordination while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations regarding training schedules, requirements, and feedback.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and match candidates accordingly.
- Schedule and confirm training sessions, interviews, and meetings between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely sharing of resumes, reports, and updates with clients.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range - 15k - 20k per month
