Key Responsibilities

Talent Management:

Oversees the entire recruitment and hiring process, including job postings and interviews, and manages new hire onboarding and offboarding.

Employee Relations:

Addresses employee grievances, handles conflicts, and supports a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administers employee compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Compliance:

Ensures the organization adheres to all labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Performance Management:

Coordinates employee performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.

Policy Development:

Creates and updates HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are effectively communicated to employees.

HR Operations:

Manages day-to-day HR department operations and maintains accurate employee records and HR reports.
