Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance
Manage exit formalities and documentation
Support general administrative and HR operations
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of labour laws & HR best practices
Time management and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in an HR role preferred (Internship experience counts)
