Source, screen, and interview candidates for housekeeping, technical, and administrative roles.
Coordinate with operations for manpower requirements across sites.
Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, ID issuance, and induction.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and escalate critical issues to Operations Manager.
Support staff welfare activities and engagement initiatives.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance:
Collate and verify attendance data from site supervisors.
Coordinate with payroll department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like ESIC, PF, labour laws, and minimum wage norms.
4. HR Documentation & Records:
Maintain up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
Ensure documentation for new joiners, exits, transfers, and confirmations.
5. Policy Implementation & Support:
Communicate HR policies and ensure adherence at all levels.
Assist in disciplinary actions, warning letters, and terminations when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / MBA preferred
2-4 years of HR experience in facility management, manpower services, or related sectors
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and blue-collar workforce handling
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle field/site-based challenges
Duty Hours: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
