Candidate should have good communication skills in both verbal and written Should have atleast 2 years' experience in HR operational work Must be able to handle pressure at work as and when required. Talent aquisition process Should have knowledge of interview skills, training and Empanelment On-boarding & Induction Candidate should be post graduate degree in Human Resources.
