Job Responsibilities:
Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
Managing onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
Reviewing and regularly updating job descriptions for all positions
Driving employee engagement initiatives
Managing performance appraisal processes
Monitoring attendance and handling monthly payroll activities
Communicating and explaining HR policies to employees
Maintaining an up-to-date MIS database of employees
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Minimum qualification: Graduate (A specialization in HR is an added advantage)
