Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized
HR Executive
to support
recruitment and profile finalization
across multiple technical, field, and managerial roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting
telephonic interviews, shortlisting profiles
, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining documentation and candidate databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
telephonic screening and initial interviews
for project-based roles
Understand role requirements from project heads and hiring managers
Source suitable profiles through job portals, social media, and references
Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews, assessments, and onboarding
Finalize profiles in consultation with the internal technical and HR teams
Maintain recruitment tracking sheets, candidate databases, and interview feedback logs
Assist in documentation, joining formalities, and project mobilization planning
Support bulk hiring drives for technician/helper-level manpower

Business Development Manager (BDM)
Electricians / Technicians / Helpers - DP & Smart Meter Installation
Site Supervisors / MIS Executives / Field Staff
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR / Management / BBA (MBA in HR preferred)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (technical/field hiring preferred)
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
Familiarity with job portals like
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
, etc.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Google Sheets
, and basic documentation
High attention to detail, ability to multitask and close positions under timelines
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?30,000/month (based on experience)
