Role Overview
As an HR Executive at Swiggy, you'll support HR operations end-to-end-especially focused on blue-collar workforce lifecycles across multiple locations. You'll ensure seamless processes from hiring to exit, manage attendance and payroll coordination, and enhance engagement and grievance systems
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete manpower lifecycle: recruitment sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and exits for delivery and operational teams.
Monitor attendance, track absenteeism, manage attrition, and take corrective/retention actions.
Resolve payroll and incentive-related queries and collaborate with payroll teams for timely payouts.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and contribute to improving morale.
Prepare and disseminate regular workforce and manpower reports to stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, or Word.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance in operations.
