Qualification :

MBA- HR/ MSW- HR with 2 to 4 years of experience in Core recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Background verification, Recruitment dashboard metrics etc.,

Skillsets :

Experience in technical Recruitment and Bulk campus Hiring Background verification Process Recruitment dashboard metrics MIS Preparation MS office & Good Communication Skills.

Scope of work :

Handling the complete Recruitment Life-cycle Understanding the hiring requirements of Hiring Managers Preparing HR reports and Analytics, Dashboards Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like Naukri, Linkedin and other Job portals. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Handling Background verification of New Joiners Pre-onboarding activities Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Recommend ways to improve our employer brand Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations Participate in job fairs and career events Experience
