Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
Prepare HR letters, reports, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks
Help organise employee engagement activities
Address routine employee queries and escalate when needed
