Summary:


The Equinox India Engineering Manager, based in Pune, is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our technical engineering teams, ensuring the seamless execution of workshare projects. Serving as the primary point of contact, this role plays a critical part in aligning project deliverables, maintaining quality standards, and driving collaboration between global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities





Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical positions, from requisition to onboarding. Partner with discipline managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelines. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilize job boards, various job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, recruiting consultants and referrals to build talent pipelines. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and managers. Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics using the applicant tracking system. Promote Equinox Engineering's employer brand and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment within the engineering and EPCM sectors.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Must possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of sourcing and placing engineering and technical professionals. Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, followed by master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, oil & gas, or EPCM industries.
