will play a key role in supporting the organization's recruitment and hiring processes across multiple departments and locations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HRMS tools, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring within the fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles -- from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Source potential candidates using multiple platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, internal referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication skills, attitude, and overall fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support future recruitment needs.
2. Interview Coordination & Selection Process
Ensure smooth interview scheduling, communication, and logistics between candidates and hiring panels.
Assist in conducting HR interviews and salary discussions.
Prepare and issue offer letters after final selection, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Track candidate status throughout the recruitment cycle and maintain timely updates to stakeholders.
3. HRMS & Documentation
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records on the HRMS / ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Update and track recruitment metrics including open positions, time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio, etc.
Ensure all pre-joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Generate periodic recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
4. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Support employer branding initiatives through social media postings, career fairs, and referral programs.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback at every stage of recruitment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a consistent and appealing employer brand image.
5. Process Improvement & Collaboration
Contribute to improving recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and sourcing channels.
Coordinate with the HR Operations and Learning & Development teams for smooth onboarding and employee integration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with HRMS / ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with EdTech or Education sector hiring is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
