CTC- Rs 20,000 - 30,000/- PM

Position Overview:

Bounce Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR (Human Resources) professional to join our team as an HR Executive.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's growth and success by implementing and managing various HR programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Management:

? Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

? Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

? Conduct orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

? Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

? Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition role.

? In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

? Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

? Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
