Position:HR Executive Location:Surat Experience:3 - 4 Years Industries:Chemical Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate and support Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, data compilation, and preparation of PMS reports.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, monthly HR dashboards, and statutory reports as required by management.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Training & Development programs based on skill gap analysis and organizational requirements.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and training effectiveness reports.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, induction programs, and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and company HR policies applicable to the chemical industry.
Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave administration.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Knowledge of PMS processes and HR reporting
Exposure to Training & Development coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and factory compliance
Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
