We at Larsen & Toubro are looking for an ambitious HR Operations Supervisor to oversee Onboarding, BGV, processes of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees across departments. The HR professional will serve as the SPOC of the company\'s human resources team. He/she will be required to Interact with L&T Independent Companies to coordinate with human resources activities. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking for a fast-paced work environment with many opportunities for growth. Ultimately, you will have to ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. Should have good exposure to HR Operations. Hands-on experience in Background Verification, Onboarding, Pre-Employment Medical Check and Offer release are preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of MS Office is must Hands-on experience in PeopleStrong and Successfactor are added advantage Must be a Team player Ensure Speed and Accuracy Candidate having experience in HR Shared Services will be preferred.
