Recruitment and selection:

Sourcing, screening, and hiring both hourly and salaried employees, often using digital platforms to attract talent.

Onboarding:

Integrating new hires into the company, including orientation and compliance.

Talent management and retention:

Developing programs to retain skilled employees, which is crucial due to labor shortages in the industry.

Succession planning:

Creating leadership pipelines across all levels.
Performance and development

Performance management:

Implementing systems for performance appraisal and managing conduct and behavior.

Training and development:

Providing training to upskill existing employees and develop new skills, including safety training and first aid.
