Core Responsibilities



Payroll & Payments

: Ensure timely, accurate payment of wages, bonuses, overtime, and statutory deductions.

Returns & Filings

: Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual returns (PF, ESI, TDS) on time.

Record Management

: Maintain statutory registers (wages, attendance, leave) and update HR software.

Documentation

: Issue compliant appointment letters, payslips, Form 16, etc.

Health & Safety

: Ensure a safe environment and manage POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance.

Benefit Administration

: Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other mandatory benefits.

Training & Awareness

: Educate employees and management on their rights and the company's obligations.

Regulatory Monitoring

: Stay updated on new laws and amendments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
