Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes effectively.
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Support management in workforce planning and performance management.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs.
Ensure HR operations run smoothly with confidentiality and integrity.
Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
