Monitor and maintain daily attendance, leave, and shift records.
Ensure accurate tracking through attendance systems or registers.
Address discrepancies and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
3. Payroll Management
Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with finance.
Ensure accuracy of salary, incentives, deductions, and overtime.
Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries.
Ensure timely salary disbursement.
4. Statutory Compliances
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports on time.
Maintain compliance documentation and records.
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
5. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support performance management and employee development programs.
Promote a positive work culture and improve employee morale.
Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
6. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
Address employee grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Investigate issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Maintain healthy employer-employee relations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
7. HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update HR policies and procedures as required.
Support audits and internal reviews.
