to manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for diverse roles across MEP, Tele-sales, Field Services, Site Engineering, and Support functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, blue/grey/white-collar recruitment, and operational HR practices in a service-oriented industry.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles including MEP engineers, site engineers, tele-sales executives, field sales representatives, service coordinators, and billing engineers.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, onboarding and Employee life cycle from joining to Exit.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
Conduct HR interviews and schedule technical/functional interviews.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, documentation, induction, and orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and support engagement initiatives across field and office staff.
Conduct regular check-ins with field staff and site engineers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management & Compliance:
Support appraisal processes and help managers with goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR compliance including labor law norms for field and contract staff.
HR Operations:
Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for attendance, leaves, travel reimbursements, and expense management.
Assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive: 2-4 years
Proven experience in recruitment across technical and non-technical roles in services, sales, or engineering domains.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS tools, and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple job roles and high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is an advantage.
