Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, shop-floor, and staff-level positions
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and deployment of manpower
Maintain employee records, HR registers, and statutory documentation
Handle joining, exit, and employee lifecycle processes
Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave records, and overtime data, and leave management
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and factory regulations (Factories Act, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Support training, skill development, and safety programs for plant employees
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Prepare HR reports and MIS on recruitment, attrition, and attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems
Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, bonus, and wage compliance
Exposure to audits and statutory inspections

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
