Royal Cafe (SRM Group) is seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Executive
with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
Support HR policy development and implementation
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Salary Package
?20,000 to ?25,000 per month Includes free food and accommodation
