Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Maintain daily attendance and leave records through the biometric system.
Prepare monthly attendance summaries and assist in payroll processing.
Ensure accurate tracking of working hours, overtime, and leave balances.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
Ensure timely documentation of HR forms, policies, and trackers.
Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Handle PF and ESI enrolment for new employees.
5. Performance Management & Training
Support in documentation and coordination of KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisals.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
6. HR Reporting
Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports including attendance, attrition, and manpower status.
Ensure HR SOPs, forms, and records are regularly updated and maintained as per QMS guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
