Collatz Inc. is a growing software consultancy working with clients across the USA and Europe. We're expanding our HR operations and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
HR Executive
who can manage day-to-day HR functions and help build a professional, high-trust workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: writing job ads, sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Attendance, leave, and employee record management on Google Workspace and HR trackers.
Preparing and verifying payroll inputs, maintaining statutory compliance data (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Supporting employee engagement, office events, and internal communications.
Maintaining HR documentation, policy acknowledgements, and compliance registers (including PoSH).
Ensuring punctuality, discipline, and consistency in all HR operations.
Assisting in policy implementation and HR audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and HR management tools.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership of tasks.
Professional conduct, punctuality, and a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in a tech or consulting environment.
Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Work Location:
On-site at Collatz Inc. Office, Kolkata (this is
not a remote or hybrid role
).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
