Overview


Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation (contracts, offer letters, warning letters, etc.) Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts team. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a healthy work environment. Support performance management and appraisal process. Handle employee queries and grievances professionally. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordinate training and development programs. Maintain HR-related MIS and reports.

Responsibilities



Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and MS Office. Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive mindset
