Job Description

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. This position will ensure smooth and efficient operations within the HR department, providing support to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment and Onboarding

: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.

Employee Relations

: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes. Assist in conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations. Support in the organization of employee engagement activities and events.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

: Support the HR department with the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leaves, and other perks. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., EPF, ESI, Professional Tax).

Performance Management

: Assist in implementing performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback processes. Track and maintain records of employee performance evaluations and appraisals.

Compliance and Documentation

: Ensure that the company complies with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents. Assist in audit processes related to HR functions, such as employee documentation and compliance.

Training and Development

: Coordinate with department managers to identify training needs and facilitate training programs. Support the development and implementation of internal employee development programs.

HR Reporting

: Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, including employee attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc. Assist in HR audits and help generate reports for senior management.

Employee Engagement and Retention

: Help organize employee recognition programs, surveys, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction. Assist in the development and implementation of retention strategies.

Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

: Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support HR programs focused on employee wellness and mental health.

Pay: ?15,766.00 - ?25,831.35 per month
