Manage end to end recruitment process; sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Maintain employee files, records, and correspondence.
Prepare and submit monthly PF & ESI challan and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Manage day-to-day employee interactions, queries, and clarifications related to office/HR policies.
Process timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Maintain and update employee databases and key HR reports in Excel.
Support implementation of new HR software systems and tools.
