We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for approximately 130 employees. The role involves payroll processing, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR administration while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for around 130 employees
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle activities
Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and compliance
Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensure timely reporting and HR data accuracy REQUIREMENTS
2 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance
Experience handling a workforce of 100+ employees
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
