Manage EPF registrations, monthly returns, and UAN generation.
Handle PF withdrawals, transfers, and employee queries related to PF.
Ensure timely submission of PF challans and adherence to statutory deadlines.
Coordinate with PF consultants and government portals.
2. Recruitment & Hiring:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Draft job descriptions and post on job portals/social media.
Conduct initial HR rounds and coordinate interviews with departments.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
3. HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, personal files, and attendance data.
Handle joining formalities, exit process, and full & final settlements.
Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave, and PF/ESIC data.
Prepare HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Relieving, Experience, etc.).
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
4. Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are followed across departments.
Assist in internal audits, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements.
Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Foster a positive work environment and support employee grievance handling.
