We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee documentation, and general HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage daily HR and administrative activities
Coordinate recruitment processes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Track attendance, leave records, and provide basic payroll support
Handle office administration and coordinate with internal teams
Assist in implementation of HR policies and employee communication
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
