Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about human resources and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Job Opening Process:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Onboarding to Separation:
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Support exit formalities and maintain full and final settlement records.
Compliance Management:
Ensure employee records, contracts, and policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in maintaining statutory compliance data (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Employee Engagement:
Participate in organizing employee activities, celebrations, feedback sessions, and engagement programs.
Collect and share employee feedback to enhance workplace culture.
Attendance & Timesheet Management:
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Follow up with teams for timely updates and corrections.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
