2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address
employee grievances
and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Act as a
bridge between workers, staff, and management
.
3. Compliance & Statutory Management
Handle
statutory compliances
such as factory laws, and labor regulations.
Maintain updated HR policies as per government regulations and factory laws.
Prepare and submit compliance-related reports on time.
4. Payroll & Attendance Management
Monitor
attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations
.
Coordinate with the finance team for
accurate payroll processing
.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and
implement skill development programs
.
Organize health, safety, and compliance training sessions.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and appraisals.
6. HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain and update
HRMIS systems
and employee records.
Prepare monthly HR reports including attrition, manpower status, and compliance status.
Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
