To support the HR department in day-today operations including recruitment, employee relations, documentations, and policy implementation to ensure smooth human resource management.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing/ screening, coordinating interview).
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and queries.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications required:
BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent qualifications
0-2 years of experience in HR operations
Familiarity with HRMS tools is preferred
Skills required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
