The HR Executive is responsible for executing day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting the HR Manager in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and manage selection processes.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Organize joining formalities and ensure documentation is accurate.
Conduct new hire orientation and induction sessions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and coordinate resolution.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
4. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll teams.
Prepare HR reports such as attrition, attendance, headcount, and recruitment status.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
5. Payroll Coordination
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and deduction data.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance/accounts teams.
Address payroll-related employee queries.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure HR policies are followed as per company guidelines.
Maintain employee files as per statutory requirements.
Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
7. Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
Help organize and schedule internal/external training programs.
Track participation and maintain training records.
