Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Address employee queries and assist in conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist with performance review processes and training coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in retail/fashion/textile industry)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
