Job Summary

Aviven Engitech Pvt. Ltd. and Modura Furniture are growing organisations in engineering and metal furniture manufacturing. We are seeking a proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and training. The role will support both management and frontline staff, ensuring discipline, accountability, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical, factory, and office roles Draft job descriptions, appointment letters, salary slips, and HR documentation Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking systems Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS) Coordinate training programs for factory workers and supervisors Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and safety regulations Drive employee engagement and communication (English & Marathi) Support factory discipline, hygiene, and workplace culture initiatives Collaborate with management to align manpower planning with production and sales targets

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of HR/Administration experience (manufacturing sector preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Marathi Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and HR software Ability to manage confidential data and multitask effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience in engineering or furniture manufacturing industries Knowledge of statutory compliance and factory audits Ability to create bilingual communication for WhatsApp/posters Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with performance management systems (KPI/KRA)
