As a Human Resources Specialist at Scaleacres, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You will work closely with management and employees to address HR-related inquiries, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and assist in fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time-off requests, and other relevant documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to recommend innovative solutions and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
