Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various banking roles (Sales, Operations, Back Office, and Customer Service).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Prepare and issue offer letters, track joining status, and assist in onboarding.
HR Operations (40%)
Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and background verification.
Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
Support payroll data preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
Handle exit formalities, feedback collection, and full & final settlements.
Assist in employee engagement and training coordination.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with banking roles and compliance norms (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
